Red hairs with fair skin typically look best in dark (fall) colors... try burgundy, forest green, navy blue, brown and black... Avoid pastels. Since you are short you will also want to avoid horizontal stripes and go for verticals instead. Wear a small heel can help too. Even though skinny jeans are 'in' you will do much better wearing a boot cut or slight flare to help create the illusion of length. Just focus on clean and simple lines - Choose a nice fabric as opposed to a funky design... Hope that helps!

Ok heres what you do you go to wal mart. ok when you get to wal mart go to the make up section look for the product ALMAY. ok ALMAY has a little kit that can bring out you eyes or play them up look for that it will have mascara 3 shades of eye shadow and eye liner for a low price. now you can get it for any color eyes but you want the green one and it will say for green eyes. well it will say to play up green eyes or some were along those lines. .... my eyes are brown and i wanted to bring them out more and make them pop well i tryed theis producet and they look fabulos now ( oh yeah im 14 so ...)

Deep green or deep blue would probably look great on you, but the one thing you want to avoid with the greens is the potential "elfish" look. (I have green eyes and dark curly brown hair. When I was younger I had quite obvious freckles, and whenever I wore dark green, even though it brought out my eyes extremely well and I was quite tall for my age, I was told by others that I looked quite like an elf. Haha.) As you get older, your freckles will probably lighten and then you'll be able to pull off the dark green better. If your eyes are more of a goldish green, then olive tones will look great on you, also.

I'm guessing that with that sort of complexion your skin is pretty pale, (WHICH IS NOT A BAD THING- don't let people convince you of this!) and taking that into account, I recommend that you avoid pastels. These will make your coloration, (which is SO unique and interesting in its own right,) look shallow and faded. Any deep color will bring out your features better.

Also, avoid yellow- it doesn't look good on ANYONE. Black, though, looks great on most people, so you could give that a try. It's always sophisticated. =)
