No, I believe it's a bright pink hair, but then she changes it throughout the story(long/short;pink/crimson). In the book the pink hair is short about almost boy cut. In the movie it's a little below her shoulders and is purple with pink highlights.

nymphodora had neither red hair nor purple. she had the ability to change her appearence at will. She could change the color,texture and lenght any time. The book never talked about her real hair. But she changed them often depending on her will.

her hair changes. in the books, she pefers it to be short and pink. in the movie they made it more of a violet. i would go with pink.
