I have un-natural bright red hair. How can I get back to light blonde, without the damage? Thankyou

Chances are it's already damaged if you dyed it, so it won't be that bad dying it again. You could also just grow it out and cut it short, which will be no damage at all since it's 100% natural.

Use a non permanent dye, they say on the package, almost no peroxide/ammonia. It will dry your hair and may cause it to break, nothing you can do about that. And watch public pools -- the chlorine could cause it to turn an odd color.

Have a profesional do it. It may be pricey but very worth it!
