The brunette already has a reddish tint to her hair already, so i see no need to get anything accept maybe a red toner if you wish it.

The blonde could actually try a strawberry blonde.

Going from blonde to full on red would be to drastic!

Yes, because the blonde makes you look real pale, google angie everhart...she has beautiful read hair, and if you are scared just start off like a strawberry blonde ....you can always go deeper if you want.

yes, i could picture both of you with red hair, but different colors due to the differences in your skin tones...personally, i've been doing my hair red for 20 yrs...and i love it...but beware reds fade...so you'll need some shampoo like pantene for reds...and conditioner...for the blone...i'd go with something like a strawberry blonde...nothin too bright as it will make her washed out due to her skin being pale...but the red would look pretty natural on her due to this and her light colored eyes....for the darker haired girl...i'd go with feria...mahogony...that's the color i use and have for a year now...i absoulutely love it...as i used to change my hair every month...anyway, it will bring out her eyes..and it's a gorgeous color and has great highlights...for the blonde...i'd stay away from anything too brassy or orangey...herbal essences has this color that's very bright like ronald mcdonald...definitely stay away from that...and whatever you do, do not use colorsilk or nice n easy...yes, they are very cheap, but there's a reason...there's tons of amonia...and after a while it will ruin your hair....like it did mine and had to have it cut...and before you dye your hair...make sure you put lotion around your hairline...back of ears..neck..face etc...anywhere the dye can drip..it makes clean up a lot easier at it won't stain your skin...good luck

The brunette would look good with red hair. i would say a light honey brown for the blonde if she wants to go darker, maybe like lo lights that have a dark red tint but due to her complexion (already being pale) red would only make her look more pale.
